		<description>Wish I could share your optimism Stark but I think Hollywood&#039;s thinking on this seems to be that they&#039;d rather make fewer movies but maintain full-on budgets than make the same amount of movies they are making now on smaller budgets. Their impression of the public seems to be that we won&#039;t accept moving &quot;backwards&quot; when we&#039;ve already seen the limits big budget filmmaking can be pushed to. Obviously, I don&#039;t agree with this and I think if there&#039;s any correlation at all between budget and quality, it&#039;s that higher budgeted films are safer and less interesting. There will be unique artistic voices that emerge from this time because of their ability to tell a story in an interesting and economical way but when it comes to studio flagpole films, I doubt we see any shift back towards quality in favor of spectacle.</description>
